Business Guidance, Rooted in Community
At the 2024 H3 Summit, Rabbi Horowitz delivered a powerful call to support business within the community. Inspired by his words, a group of accomplished and community-minded business leaders came together with a shared vision: to create a lasting initiative that mentors and empowers local entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Behind every successful mentoring experience is a dedicated team working to ensure the process runs smoothly, purposefully, and professionally. Our Management Team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of J Business Link. They act as the central hub—managing applications, carefully triaging mentees, and thoughtfully matching them with the most suitable mentors. Beyond logistics, the team ensures every engagement is meaningful and aligned with JBL’s values. They provide ongoing support to both mentors and mentees, monitor outcomes, and gather feedback to continually refine the programme. They also serve as the key link between the Executive Board and the wider JBL network—reporting progress, raising opportunities for development, and ensuring the organisation stays aligned with its mission. Committed, capable, and community-driven, the management team plays a vital role in turning JBL’s vision into day-to-day impact.
